The grower at The Mini Farm is Sarah Crane. She has been working for the past three years in local food helping small farmers start up their own businesses. After working with so many others, she decided to do it for herself when the opportunity presented itself.
The Mini Farm is located on a friend's property. It is a 36x50 fenced in plot. Everything is grown following organic standards and we believe the amazing soil is the key to amazing products.
